SS-500® standing seam roof system is approved by FM Approvals on standard 4471

FM Approvals Certificate - A Certificates to enter into global market.

It has customers in 104 countries and regions, and has 1500 loss-prevention engineers. FM Global provides testing and certification services to industrial and commercial products worldwide through its FM Approvals organization. The "FM Approved" certificate is recognized worldwide. It indicated to the builders and business owners that the product has passed the highest standards of testing in the United States and the world.

Our SS-500® standing seam roofing system has applied for FM Approval. Three types of roofing setups submitted have respectively passed the wind lift test, hail test, foot traffic test, and fire test. All of them passed the FM4471 standard. Tests have shown that our roofing system can withstand max. 6.5 KPA wind lift pressure, which means it has extremely high resistance to typhoon damage.

Note: The wind pressure of 17 grade wind is only 2.05KPA.
